Choose beans roasted within 2-4 weeks. Try chocolatey Latin America, fruity Ethiopia, or spicy Sumatra.

Grind size: coarse (French press), medium (drip), fine (espresso). Grind right before brewing.

Water 195-205 degrees. Start with 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and adjust to taste.
